Messages go to the founder's desk. Replies come from there too. If the question needs someone else, it gets passed on and you are told who has it.

What to include

The country, the sector, and the stage you are at. If there is a number that defines the problem, put it in. A message with a number in it gets a better answer than one without.

What happens next

Most notes get a reply within a few working days. If your question is already answered in the Brief, you will get a link to the edition rather than a rewrite of it.
